Luxembourg Air Ambulance S.A. (LAA) is one of the leading specialised air ambulance service providers offering worldwide air ambulance repatriation with outstanding bed-to-bed patient care.
LAA is a subsidiary of Luxembourg Air Rescue A.s.b.l. (LAR) and has been founded in 1998. LAA is based at Luxembourg Airport where the company manages its hangars and offices.
LAA operates a fleet composed of five rotary-wing aircraft and five fixed-wing aircraft; all equipped as mobile intensive care units. LAA dispatches its airplanes worldwide with short delay and also does the ground handling at the International Airport of Luxembourg. LAA undertakes its own line maintenance facility.
